Research On The Development Of Vegetables Professional Cooperatives In Feicheng Of Shandong Province

With the continuous development of market economy, the contradiction between the dispersed small farmers and big market is more and more prominent.The development of farmer specialized cooperatives made the scattered agricultural production getting organized,scaled and industrialized, which had solved the contradiction between the scattered farmers and the market. In recent years, the increasing demand of vegetables promoted the rapid development of vegetables professional cooperatives because of the changes in people’s diet.So the government of Feicheng city vigorously develop the vegetable industry and encourage farmers to set up vegetables professional cooperatives to improve the capacity of farmers to cope with market risks. And then created a unique way for the development of vegetable industry in Feicheng city and promote the farmers’ income.At present, the development of vegetables professional cooperatives is still in the primary stage as that all aspects of mechanism are not perfect and a series of problems are still remain in the development. This study was field reseached in the representative vegetables cooperatives in Feicheng, combined the related theory and the actual situation of vegetable cooperatives to analyze the development status of vegetable cooperatives and put forward the existing problems in the development of vegetable professional cooperatives in Feicheng city. According to the advanced experience at home and abroad vegetable cooperatives development, the paper also puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the vegetable cooperatives to provide reference for the development of vegetable cooperatives in Feicheng City and the policy basis for the government to formulate relevant policies.The problems of the vegetables professional cooperatives of Feicheng City during their development re mainly embodied in single industry chain, development funds shortage, lack of talent, internal management is not standard, the insurance mechanism is not perfect and the degree of information lower and so on. The reasons for these problems were because that Feicheng vegetable cooperatives are in the development of the primary stage and the the mechanism is not perfect. On the other hand it was because of the backward internal management and the poor resource allocation capability. Therefore, if we want to establish a sound internal and external mechanism and promote a healthy development of Feichengvegetable cooperatives, we should increase capital investment, guide the vegetable cooperatives multi industry chain management, perfecting the mechanism of vegetable insurance,cooperative norms of internal management and improve the construction of information. Then effectively solve the problems faced in the development of Feicheng City vegetables professional cooperatives, and further promote the increase of farmers’ income and agricultural efficiency.
