A Research For C Company BPR Based On 3PL

Third party logistics is the way to use warehousing and logistics services, which is provided by the third party service provider. Using of third party logistics is a good way to remove the non-value adding part in the process of enterprise managements, and it is also a good chance for a company to do a business process re-organization.BPR is the process re-reorganization based on the support of information solution, it is a tool for a company to win during market competition. This paper took C Company as an example, analysis the difficulty faced by C Company and proposed the solution which is business process re-organization based on 3PL. There will be a big impact for C Company to do restructuring with 3PL, but no doubt, it will be a correct decision for C Company.This paper firstly introduced the base concept of logistic and third party logistics, it provided the theoretical of logistic management style and presented the information technology used by 3PL integration. Then it analyzed the basic status of company C, pointed the problem and proposes the importance of the BPR. According to the whole process, it proposed the new internal process for C Company, the external business process between C Company and 3PL and the process during the stock movement. Finally, it described the method to support the business re-organization with 3PL such as the constructing of the information solution system and the setting of the KPI report.
