| As southwest border area and the developed eastern region, and also the head of the western economic development, the ecological environment of Chongqing are greatly influenced by human, water quality and air pollution caused by industrial waste water, waste gas emissions. These factors will cause the change of ecological assets in Chongqing, adding to the ecological environment deterioration. Estimate the ecological value of the asset of Chongqing, to establish ecological asset accounts is helpful to the development of the ecological management, the specifications and guidelines for the development of the ecological environment management provides the basis.This paper, taking Chongqing city as the research object, first of all, based on the data of land use in Chongqing, according to the need according to the classification code divided into Chongqing ecosystem types, and then based on the theory of ecological assets, combined with the available data in the study area actual situation, determine the selection of ecological balance remote sensing estimation index and calculation model. Using Arc GIS10.0 software based on MODISNDVI data like yuan binary model is adopted to calculate the ecological asset vegetation coverage, remote sensing parameters by Excel sort out 34 weather stations in Chongqing annual average data and 5-10 months on average six months data, to social and economic statistical data as a parameter, estimate the value of ecosystem services, combined with remote sensing ecological asset estimation model of Chongqing in 2000 and 2010 total ecological assets, to establish ecological asset accounts according to the calculation results, and the ecological value of the asset in Chongqing space-time change analysis. This study not only for land use planning and provides the reference for the partition of ecological planning, and for related departments to formulate relevant provide theoretical basis for ecological protection policy. Basically have the following conclusion:(1)Total ecological assets value in Chongqing show a trend of increasing from 2000 to 2010,respectively, 41.743 billion yuan, 53.368 billion yuan, which react the per unit area environment quality conditions ecological asset value, respectively to an average of 31740 yuan/ha and 41590 yuan/ha. In 2000, the highest value of ecological service in the calculation of ecosystem service function in Chongqing is the balance of atmospheric it maintained, accounting for 32.46% of the total ecological assets, and the rest value of it show a reducing trend,in the order are the organic matter in production, water and soil conservation value, nutrient cycle value, the value of water conservation, water conservation service function value proportion in the total assets of 2000 and 2010 are the smallest, in 2010, the ecological love through organic material production function for chongqing to provide services to the highest value, compared with 31.50% of total ecological asset value, 2000-2010, the ecosystem types of ecological assets is also shows as cendant trend.(2)And the follow is the spatial distribution of ecological assets in Chongqing: from 2000 to 2010, the total value of ecological assets in spatial distribution show a trend of consistent, diminishing from the dabashan mountain, west of the southeast of chongqing, the highest ecological value of the asset is the northeast area, the function of urban core area and the minimum ecological asset value of urban function development area, area of the southeast of chongqing ecological asset value is relative taller, and compared to 2000 for the value of the higher of the southeast of chongqing in 2010, reason for the area of the southeast of chongqing, obviously a lot of rainfall distribution, the region’s soil types are mainly yellow soil, which is the food of chongqing forestry base, the soil organic matter content as high as 5%, so the ecosystem service function is better.(3) the time change of chongqing ecological asset: If output in 2000 and 2010 of the total cost of the ecological assets difference layers in raster calculator,It can be clearly to see 2000-2010 southwest southwest Yu Bei, longevity, wushan, main parts, xiushan, qianjiang and around the Yangtze river basin ecological balance, the decreasing trend of reason is that the economic situation in chongqing has better momentum of development, and it is increased that land use type the area of land that turn green vegetation land into construction land, the result lead to the change of ecological system type, then study the majority area of growth in between 7027 and 16383 yuan, from the point of view of ecological system type, there is a growing trend for all kinds of the total value of the ecosystem, and the growing rate of the southern region of the southeast of chongqing is larger, the value of ecological assets change obviously.(4)Based on the administrative division of ecological assets: each district and county of ecological assets also showed a trend of growth, chengkou ecological asset value are the highest in all of district and counties, increase the smallest is the main urban area, the area of lowest ecological asset value per unit area, in the main is given priority to with land for construction, low vegetation coverage, followed by Yu Bei, Changshou, growth is the biggest Xiu Shan County, mainly because the Xiu Shan County vegetation coverage is higher, the water resources is rich, strong service function of water conservation.(5)Ecological asset accounts: chongqing ecological asset accounts include the total asset accounts and schedule of ecological asset accounts, accounts table can clearly express the number of initial and final, is also the accounting of environmental benefits as the basis, from the accounts in the table it can be seen from 2000 to 2010, land use types in the woodlands, thickets, meadows, and to increase the area of construction land, the total of all kinds of ecosystem ecology assets value has increased, from the schedule of accounts make clear water conservation function basically is negative. |
