Disturbances to key aspects of land systems have become a major concern to many policy analysis.All this has led to the development of RS&GIS as powerful tools.Building on others research foundation,RS&GIS has recently enabled researchers to begin the development of common framework tools that crosses social and ecological disciplines to analyze how interactions among a variety of factors affect outcomes.The relationship of human and nature changes as the society development.Development of economy provides the basis of the development pattern of civilization and the harmony society.Of course,a number of challenges,like population,resources,environment and institutions,need to be dealt with.Chongqing Municipality is one of most fragile ecosystem area in which the soil and water loss(SWL)is the most serious ecosystem problem.The way of human land use has become the most influencing factor and is sometimes deteriorating.This paper systematically analyzes the process,drive mechanism and optimization control methods of multifunctional farmland confliction.The analysis of 1996-2013 land time changes and spatial changes results that a clear shift of Chongqing land use pattern has occurred,especially in the form of unused land decreased,while woodland,grassland,water and other types of land significantly increased;unused land transformed into forest,farmland and farmland into woodland and construction land are the main forms of land use transformation.Using remote sensing and GIS tools,in Chongqing vegetation cover change is analyzed.The results showed that the vegetation construction in Chongqing has made remarkable achievements during the years and the changes with precipitation and temperature changes correlated significantly.Obviously,there is a certain time lag and significant spatial difference internal variability.Human activities such as agriculture,construction of basic farmland and returning farmland to forests and other vegetation is important factors to improve vegetation cover in Chongqing.Combined with the actual ecosystem services value system of Xie Gaodi and Constanza framework,we established ecosystem service value system of Chongqing.In Chongqing City,the total ecosystem services changes,such as support services,regulation service,supply and cultural services and other types of services,in time and spatial variations were analyzed.The results show that,in Chongqing during 1996-2013 the total value of ecosystem services is rising.The significant increases of the area are mainly distributed in the northeast of Chongqing Three Gorges Reservoir,the southeast region of Chongqing Wuling mountainous.The ecosystem services increase is mainly attributable to the increase and improves of forest vegetation results from forest area closing off,as well as due to the increase of water area caused by the expansion of the Three Gorges Reservoir Project and construction land increased.The trade-off and synergy analysis between the ecological service type shows that in Chongqing in the last ten years in addition to food production of land ecosystem services value types lowered,the other types of ecosystem service value were highly increased.Further analysis showed that other land to forest land,other land into arable farmland,arable land into forest and woodland into farmland and into land for construction process,the various types of ecosystem service trade-offs and synergies between each other and do not the same.Over the last few years of land use change in Chongqing,the analysis of vegetation changes in ecosystem services and drivers of changes showed that in Chongqing the Ecological Engineering with tangible results represented by,like farmland to forest,closed forest,land remediation,ecology has improved year by year.The analysis of Land Ecological Security based on Ecological Footprint Method shows that in the last ten years,Chongqing has been stable and sustainable ecological footprint and fast increase in ecological deficit has remained positive and increased rapidly.Ecological pressure index characterizing land ecological security situation,showing increasing pressure on Land Use in Chongqing Ecological benefit from less secure,developed into a very unsafe and extreme unsecure.The innovation of this study is:Based on the literature,theoretical and spatial data analyze the temporal and spatial variation Problems and Causes of Chongqing urban and rural land use.In particular systematic analysis of Chongqing land use change due to changes in the value of ecosystem services and their temporal trade-offs and synergies.Further analysis the natural and human drivers of Chongqing last decade vegetation change.Finally,according to temporal changes in land use in Chongqing temporal change,ecosystem services,existing problems to provide further control of the ecological ideas.The study from the practical and theoretical studies provides countermeasures under the Background of Fast Urbanization ecological management.The analysis of these issues can be a problem for the current management under ecological urbanization provides background analysis of ideas.
