Rapidly development of economic globalization and the knowledge economy brings great space for the development of transnational corporations, which also makes the environment more complex and competitive. The structure of the enterprise’s organizational structure needs to be changed with the changing environment and growth of the organization. It is essential to optimize the organizational structure in order to survive and develop for the transnational corporations. Currently, the independent management mode is believed to be carried out to optimize the organizational structure. However, the independent management mode that is based on the theory of organizational change is rarely studied. In this paper, we researched the independent management mode from three aspects which are theory, practice and promotion.Firstly, this paper reviewed the foreign research history and the latest developments of organizational structure change and the independent management mode, summarized the theoretical basis of the organizational structure change and the independent management mode. First of all, introduce the concept and nature of organizational structure, the organizational structure changes are not only simply reform from the organizational structure, but also a series of radical changes from organizational strategy, structure, processes, to even culture etc. Then the external and internal factors affecting organizational structure change, the course of the evolution of organizational structure, and a new organizational structure based on modern management techniques are introduced. Furthermore, present the connotation, basic principles, the difference with the traditional model and other aspects of the scope of independent management mode. Based on the market, monetization, incentive and long-term nature of the principle, the smallest independent accounting units are divided according to business characteristics, job nature and collaborative relationships by importing market economy rules into the enterprise. According to the internal market operating profit and the main management assessment, the independent management mode established operating profit distribution rule and incentive mechanisms. It is different from the traditional division system structure and cost center structure, the advantage lies with the management body established based on the same business development goals, and the staff motivation can be activated to achieve sustainable development of enterprises. What’s more, the independent management mode applies to the organization that has complex environment and a strong integration mechanism.Secondly, in the paper the application of independent management mode in SQ Group has been described. In the beginning of this part, to implement independent management mode is necessity for SQ Group. In the background of globalization, knowledge-based economy, technological advances, intense competition, diverse customer needs, the organization’s own expansion and people management are required to make the operating environment more complex. So it is necessary for SQ Group to implement the independent management mode. Then, the construction and operation modes of independent management mode have been discussed in detail for SQ Group. The independent management mode of SQ Group is a thorough structural change. It is based on corporate strategy, to divide management body as structural change; to establish operating chain and internal price mechanism as process reengineering; to advocacy and train staff as cultural change. Meanwhile, SQ group has designed specific programs and settlement system according to each part of the independent management, to protect the conflict to integration though the management body building process, unity the management body and the organization’s overall goal.Thirdly, this paper evaluated the SQ Group’s the effectiveness of independent management mode. After the independent management model has been carried out in SQ Group since 2008, the company’s business situation has been improved, quality of personnel has been improved, independent innovation capability has enhanced. We can find that through the independent management mode implementation process, the independent management mode is a concept of scientific management, not only a simple means of "cost efficiency", but a long-term mechanism that affects organizational behavior.Finally, forecast the development trend of SQ Group’s independent management mode. An effective organizational structure can adapt to the organization’s development goals, self-reinforcing and sustainable development. Therefore, according to the environmental changes and competition need, the organization should improve their organizational structure. SQ Group also need a new progressive management concepts and advanced technology integration model among the independent management mode. QCC activities should be introduced, which can give full play to the wisdom of management body staff to solve the problems of the operating body. Build e-commerce platform, increase the operating body type and mode of development, grasp the changes in consumption of users, and make the enterprise transformed from industrial manufacturing to high-tech fields. Build business enabled management based on cloud computing and big data, increase operating body functions, provide full product life-cycle services, while promote products into the service, product conversion services to achieve full operating profit body. By combining these methods and operating bodies to promote independent body to achieve sustainable, healthy and orderly development.
