Case Study On Organizational Structure Reformation Of Bancassurance Service Of Zg Insurance Corporation

Obviously speaking, organizational structure is one of the process which can achieve theorganization’s objectives. With the rapid development of bancassurance, whetherorganizational structure can adapt to the development of bancassurance service determineboth the building of competitiveness and existence of the organization.Bancassurance service has been rapidly developing since insurance corporation signedcooperation agreements with commercial Banks. But at the beginning, there existed severalproblem of the organizational structure which forbad the firm from integrating resources andbuilding competitiveness. In order to build competitive advantage of the firm and promote therapid development bank insurance business, ZG Corporation started to reform which havecome to effect.The purpose of this article, which is based on the theory of organizational structurereformation, is to use case study method to analyze the organizational structure reformationprocess of ZA Corporation. Through analyzing the organizational structure reformationprocess, I come to conclusions that narrow sales channel and limited kinds of bancassuranceproducts become the obstacles of the reformation. And finally, I find related solutions. On theevaluation of the results of organizational structure reformation, I find that the firm enlargessales channel by cooperating with several commercial banks and the sales volume growrapidly.Although we have see the effect of organizational structure reformation, now the budgetsystem and employing mechanism is not sound enough to improve the working efficiency. Sothe author advices that the firm should improve the business informatization level and thestaff specialized service level. By doing this, the firm can strive to further reform and improvethe company’s competitive advantage and sales performance.
