Luohe city Zhongyida food co., LTD., opened in November 2012 officially. The scientific and rational analysis of the company’s internal and external environment will help company select suitable development strategy. This is significant to the new company for the further development which can help company not only establish the status and role in the whole industry chain group’s overall strategy but also develop soundly and sustainedly. This paper uses the study ways of Combined with literature research and empirical research, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, case analysis and experience summary method. Based on the basic theory of strategic management, first of all, analyze the external environment of the macro environment, regional environment, industry environment and competition environment in the area of the Luohe city Zhongyida food co., LTD., that in order to obtain the necessary to understand what is going on right now and to foresee the future environment information. Secondly, analyze the internal conditions of company by using SWOT analysis method which helps understanding of their own abilities and resources to get some optional strategic ways. Thirdly, the company decide the enterprise development strategy according to the develop vision accompany with the internal and external environment analysis, and to design the development plan of the recent three years. Finally, put forward the strategic implementation and safeguard measures of company.Create the most have core competitiveness in the central plains of food-processing plants is the development of the company vision which relies on group development and requires the company’s platform is in accordance with the group’s development goals. The company trying to get the information of each pig and wanting to through the market segments to get the orders of fixed quantity from fixed places in the market which can help creating regional brand. Establish boutique brand awareness of consumers could improve the competitiveness of company. In the meanwhile, use by-products of pig effectively to achieve value-added processing could improve the economic, social and ecological benefits.This paper research from the perspective of whole industry chain rather than a separate independent company and will help the food industry’s studies of the whole industry chain development model, discussion of group parent-subsidiary corporation’s strategic matching problem.
