Study On The Performance Evaluation System Of Industrial Technology Research Institute

Industrial technology research institute is a business-oriented,market-oriented research, promotes industrial upgrading, that is the important way tostrengthen technological innovation, enhance regional scientific and technologicalinnovation ability.Industrial technology research institute of the performance evaluation system as ameans of evaluation and supervision systems, can be used as decision factors of industrialtechnology research institute, clearing the development direction of research institute, canplay our strengths and make up for the weaknesses. Using the improved efficacy coefficient method and synthetic evaluation methodcombined builds the comprehensive performance evaluation model of IndustrialTechnology Research Institute. Fourth, the article takes five research institutes for example,carrying on the empirical analysis. Finally it is concluded that1-5institute evaluation indexto:0.4742,0.4237,0.4424,0.4496,0.4335. On the whole, several comprehensiveevaluation index in the institute of floating up and down is not too big, an average of 0.4447, at relatively lower levels.
