| The Technology Innovation Capability of Enterprises is the sticking point to accelerate economic development in an area. In order to gain more economic progress in Jiangsu province, it is important and crucial to enhance the enterprises'atmosphere of technology innovation and improve their technology innovation capability. Therefore, a scientific and effectual index system and corresponding synthetic evaluation are necessary to appraise the enterprises'technology innovation capability. By that, both the enterprise and government can take the result as reference to draw the future work plan.This dissertation first studies the previous theories and practice concerning the enterprise's technology innovation capability and its evaluation methods, and an original index system is brought forward. After standardizing the valid data, it applies clustering analysis method to select the representative evaluating indexes and reconstructs the Enterprise's technology innovation capability evaluation index system. Next, two kinds of evaluating models based on AHP (analysis hierarchy process) and principal component analysis are put out. Then, combining the previous models, a more reasonable evaluation model comes up. Finally, the synthetic evaluation result is derived and the order of the Enterprises'TIC score in Jiangsu Province is queued. At the end of the dissertation, the validity of this scheme is proved by comparing the result to the corresponding authoritative evaluation result promulgated by the government. |
