Research On Evaluation For The High-tech Enterprises Innovation Performance

High-tech enterprise is the economic entity of the high-tech, and it plays an importantrole in the development of high-tech. In recent years, with the rapid development ofhigh-tech enterprises, its proportion accounted for in the national economy is growing; itaccounted for important position in the national economy and is the new economic growthpoint. High-tech enterprise is an important position in the national economy, whichdetermines the importance of innovation performance evaluation fundamentally. Enterpriseperformance evaluation is an important part of enterprise management, and it is the coreissues of the economic system. Enterprise performance plays a role to guide the direction ofdevelopment of enterprises, and the guiding role effective or not, not only plays animportant role in the correct and objective evaluation of enterprises performance, but alsoconducive to the development of enterprises. Therefore, in order to promote the scientificdevelopment of high-tech enterprises, it is necessary to evaluate performance of enterprisesobjectively and scientifically, which not only has practical significance, but also has acertain theoretical value.This paper made high-tech enterprises as research object, found and indentified theexisting literature on the enterprise performance evaluation index system and evaluationmethods through literature study. According to the existed index system of high-techenterprise performance evaluation and the research perspective of this paper, weestablished a preliminary index system. Questionnaire was used to collect data, andpre-testing and formal testing were used to screen index system. The SPSS software wasused to have an exploratory factor analysis and LISREL was used to have a confirmatoryfactor analysis in the formal testing, the high-tech enterprises performance innovationindex system was established ultimately. Finally, the principal component analysis wasused to have an empirical analysis for high-tech enterprises performance evaluation by theindex system. Through the evaluation results, we can find the gap between differenthigh-tech enterprises at this stage. Evaluation results can help managers identify problemsand causes of company at this stage, only continue to strengthen technological innovation,optimize the innovation process, improve marketing strategies and organizational structure,improve innovation performance, enterprises will have a long-term development.
