On the basis of literature review, interview and questionnaire survey, this dissertation takes the initiative to probe into the content structure of moral leadership of enterprise organizations and its related issues.Specifically speaking, the purposes of this dissertation are to investigate the content of moral leadership of enterprise organization, the consequences of moral leadership, the influence mechanism of moral leadership to subordinates' attitude and behavior, as well as the sociocultural roots and the value of moral leadership. The survey was conducted to investigate more than 1600 subjects from different enterprises in cities of Guangdong, Shandong and Fujian. Different Statistical methods, such as exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation modeling, canonical correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were applied for data analysis. The findings of the research are as follows:Firstly, by using exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, a four-factor model of moral leadership with incorruptibility integrity, concern about subordinates' development, conforming to social norms and Kindhearted sincere is innovated. The Reliability and validity of the moral leadership content questionnaire are highly enough.Secondly, by using regression analysis and canonical correlation analysis, it reveals that moral leadership is a significant predictor of outcome variables such as subordinates' job satisfaction and loyalty to the leaders, subordinates' turnover intention, professional dedication and altruistic behavior. Besides, every dimension of moral leadership has slightly a varying degree influence on the group of outcome variables.Third, hierarchical regression analysis finds out that subordinates' sense of equity and identification internalization are the mediators between moral leadership and outcome variables.Fourthly, hierarchical regression analysis also finds out that leader's competency is the moderator between moral leadership and outcome variables.Fifthly, the results of T-test and ANOVA indicate that the demographical and organizational variables have some significant effects on the content of moral leadership.Finally, the Chinese traditional ethical moral culture is analyzed here to suggest its influence on moral leadership. Empirical findings are used to analyze the significance of moral leadership to harmonious management of enterprise human resource.
