After entering in twenty-first Centuries, with the world economy is transformed for theservice economy, the productive service trade as an important component of servicetrade, which has been become more and more important in country’s economic and tradeactivities. In the today’s world economy, America, Japan and Europe’s economy contributionis still in the dominant, but some emerging economies such as the BRICS countries, thecontribution to the economic growth is on the rise and even becomes the major driving forcefor the world economic growth. Therefore, today with the trade protection acting frequently,through a comparative study of the BRICS countries’ productive service trade, to seek for away to strengthen the cooperation in productive service trade between China with BRICScountries and speed up the china’s producer service trade having a positive and practicalsignificance.This paper chooses the BRICS countries as the study object, through the systematiccomparison analyzing the current development condition of the BRICS productive servicetrade and the economic contribution rate, which mainly reflects in the following conclusions:First, the scale of the BRICS countries’ productive service trade continues is expanding, andthe proportion of productive service trade in the world is increasing too; Second, theBRICS countries have a similar import and export structure generally, reflecting as thedominant of transportation in the traditional service trade; Third, the BRICS countries’national comprehensive competitive productive service trade is still at lower level; fourth, theBRICS countries productive service trade has different driving effect on economic growth.Finally, On the basis of above analysis, this paper finds some suggestions to develop theproductive service trade to be better. In order to enhance the China’s productive service tradecompetition, combined with the china’s reality situation,, putting forward the keepinginherent advantages and further developing the traditional service trade. Developing themodern productive service trade as much as possible, improving its competition andstrengthening international cooperation to realize the complementary advantages ofproductive service trade.
