The BRICS Service Trade Impacts On Economy

With the escalation of international trade,service trade has become one of the fastest growing sectors in the world economy and occupies a decisive role in the economic development.Among them,Brazil,South Africa,Russia,China,India,represented by the BRICS,service trade development prospects of getting better.2013 BRICS total trade in services reached $1.16108 trillion,compared with $165.97 billion in 2000 increased by 7 times.However,compared with developed countries,trade in services BRICS there are still large gaps with relatively low competitiveness of trade in services or sub-sectors,and therefore promote economic growth along with relatively great potential.In this context,the impact study BRICS trade in services exports to economic growth helps to understand the reasons for differences in BRICS trade in services and economic growth,but also can indicate the direction of future development of trade cooperation of each country,explore trade in services strengths and weaknesses,but also on the development of China's service trade has a strong reference.For the study of how to maintain economic growth in their joint development in other countries,provide an objective basis for the Government to adopt sound economic policies,further guidance on the development of trade in services in order to foster trade in services to a higher level,enhance our service level of trade and economic growth ability.However,previous literature focuses on the role of China's service trade and economic development,for other BRIC countries has been relatively ignored,combined with previous studies more old data,poor timeliness,and therefore,the paper chooses BRICS trade services the relationship between exports and economic growth as the scope of the study,using qualitative and quantitative analysis of the combination of research methods,select the relevant data BRICS trade in services exports,to study its effect on economic growth,analysis of trade and services in five countries promote exports to varying degrees on economic growth,and from the national reality,to interpret the empirical results.The paper is organized as follows:In chapter one,the author introduces the background,significance of this paper first,and then summarizes the domestic and foreign scholar's research in the services trade and economic growth.At last,it presents the innovation and the lack of the article.In chapter two,it mainly introduces the theory of trade in services and economic development.It first reviews the theory of comparative advantage and the new growth theory and then analyzes the promotion of trade in services growth path of gradual economic.In chapter three,it makes a comparative of BRIC service trade development,which rely on lots of data of the status quo of the BRIC countries in trade in services.Also,it makes a comparative analysis of BRICS trade in services competitiveness.Through two decades of data analysis,the BRIC countries and services trade competitiveness analysis.In chapter four it mainly focuses on empirical research growth BRICS trade and economic service to panel data BRICS basis to analyze the role of trade in services for economic growth.Taking into account the existence of trade between exports and imports of high correlation,this paper uses trade in services exports as economic growth explanatory variables.Barcelona binding model,we set a basic model of trade in services for economic growth,access to the function affects the BRICS Trade in Services on Economic Growth of.In chapter five,it includes summary conclusions and recommendations for the conclusion drawn above empirical data,and suggests that states should maintain their superiority on the basis of,and actively make up their own weaknesses,China should be in the development of tourism,transport at the same time positive development is currently less competitive industries such as copyright services,financial services,personal culture and entertainment.It should also be to enhance the quality of workers.
