Research Of Risk Management About The W Real Estate Enterprises’ IT Outsourcing Program

With the rapid development of real estate industry in China, real estateenterprises is becoming more and more rely on the support of information technologyin management, so in the process of real estate enterprise management informationtechnology outsourcing become the preferred means of access to informationtechnology, the research content of this paper is to the real estate enterprise in theprocess of IT outsourcing risk management issues. Real estate enterprises in choosingIT outsourcing will face a series of risks, how to identify, evaluate and control theserisks has become the main problems related to the survival and development of thereal estate enterprise, one of this article is based on the combination of theory andreality to the real estate enterprise in the process of IT outsourcing risk managementresearch.This paper is divided into six chapters altogether, respectively is: the first chapteris the introduction part, the contents of the research status quo, research significanceand the advantages and disadvantages of the paper carried on the elaboration, this partis on the basis of predecessors’ research an outlook of the thesis itself.
