In the current world economic situation of full competition, the profound impactof the financial crisis has caused weakness in the real economy. G Company,as adomestic traditional old enterprise producing elevator rope, in the face of increasinglyfierce competitive environment and product prices continuing to compress space, tocontinue to maintain the leading position in the industry and not to reduce theconsolidation of the existing market share and not to lose the customers, shouldenhance marketing capabilities externally, optimize organism of productioninternally, openup information asymmetry between sales, production,research anddevelopment, reduce production costs and increase quick response speed of thewhole process, improve customer experience sustained, in order to meet the harshrequirements of customers and improve market competitiveness.This paper, mainly focusing on the enterprise value stream, starting from theproblems of production and sales constraining enterprise’s development, in order toshorten the production cycle and the effectively eliminate the bottleneck of thecompany drawing process flow, using lean production system theory approach,based on business experience and data,develop and promote the balanced productionplan, improve the drawing process bottlenecks, guide enterprises to improveproduction of silk shares convergence bottlenecks, improve the placement co-ropebottlenecks and other problems; through the application of lean marketing methods,achieve efficient information sharing of marketing and establish large maintenanceprocesses and improve after-sales service and so on, so lean management across thecompany can get the greatest degree of application.This paper is divided into six chapters in total. The first chapter is introduction,proposing the issue of the company’s development, and describing construction,research methods of this paper; the second chapter introduces the theory of leanmanagement,and summarize lean basic thinking,14management principles andtools to improve;the third and fourth chapters, respectively, from the two aspects ofthe production system and the impact system, introduces a series of problems of G,developed to address these issues to improve the program; the fifth chaptersummarize evaluation of the effect of the whole lean improvement projects; the sixthchapter through G company’s process of implementing Lean improvementssummarize several issues should be paid attention to, and put forward for the next stepcombining lean management with specific business proposals.In the G company ’s research process, this article use lean management ideas and methods to improve eachspecific issue, through a follow-up study of nearly two years, has accumulated asuitable enterprise lean management experience and has a certain significance forsimilar companies to improve lean management.
