After more than 20 years of rapid development, direct selling of China have gradually become mature. The severe crackdown on illegal pyramid selling and popularization of direct selling knowledge greatly enhance the social recognition of direct selling. More and more enterprises join the direct selling industry, which illustrates the great potential of the direct selling industry. Its role in the national economy is bound to increase day by day.Under the circumstances of the rapid economic development of our country, efficiency and time are the key factors of how to seize the opportunity, quickly responding to market demand for direct selling enterprises. It is essential that direct selling enterprise shall promote and improve production and related service activities, enhancing the fluency of production planning management system in order to maximize the benefits in a changing market environment. Complete production planning management system is the guarantee for enterprises to stand out in the fierce competitive environment. Production planning management is an important function in the management of modern manufacturing enterprises. Perfect planning management system is very important to reduce the cost, improve the speed of responding to the market of enterprise and ensure success and development in the production and operation activities with limited resources. Along with the development of market economy and the progress of management technology, traditional enterprise production planning management method is inevitably devoiced from the management requirements of modern enterprises, which increases internal friction of enterprises. Therefore, making necessary optimization for original production planning management mode and establishing a comprehensive, rapid and effective production planning management mode have become necessary conditions for the establishment of core competitive power of manufacturing enterprises, moreover, which is also the key to maintain the advantage of the enterprise in the market competition. Effective enterprise plan formulation, implementation and controlling require the support of data generated by the various aspects of the business. Putting related data into use of production planning management will be beneficial to improve the accuracy and controllability of planning for enterprises to develop production plans.Generalized production planning management includes managements of formulation and implementation of purchasing plan, production plan and logistics distribution plan of all aspects of the work associated with manufacturing. In a broad sense, taking production plan management business of NE company as a case, from the perspective of lean production and PDCA, the author analyses production planning management business status of the company and points out the existing problems. Based on optimizing production planning management organization, with the means of informatization and standardization as the guarantee, the author carries out optimized design for production planning business of NE Company. The optimized design is carried out from the aspects of adjusting the organization structure, strengthening the construction of information system, improving the execution of production planning management and so on. The author hopes to provide a little help to improve production planning and management business of NE Company through the above optimization.
