Research On Performance Evaluation System Of State Owned AZ Company

In the increasingly fierce market competition, exploring a set of scientific andeffective performance evaluation system is of great significance for increasing thevalue of the AZ realization of state-owned assets.Firstly, this article defined the performance evaluation and related concepts, then,introduced performance evaluation work status and foreign research theories ofdomestic, laid emphasis on the domestic research present situation, production statusand characteristics, analysis of the problems of AZ business performance assessmentwork, pointed out that it existing financial index evaluation system has been unable tomeet the objective requirements of the business performance of enterprises from thestrategic height measure. According to the characteristics of production andmanagement, based on the balanced scorecard, using analytic hierarchy process,economic value added evaluation system the AZ company performance evaluationindex system, established the evaluation standard and scoring method for performanceappraisal system of AZ company, and proposed the establishment of a scientific andcomprehensive evaluation system of enterprise performance with the characteristic ofthe strategic target as guidance, financial indicators and non-financial indicatorscombined. Finally, taking AZ company under the steel structure branch as a case study,verify the scientific construction and operation performance evaluation system andoperation. The study concluded that, the establishment of a scientific andcomprehensive evaluation system of enterprise performance with the characteristic ofthe strategic target as guidance, financial indicators and non-financial indicatorscombined has important theoretical value and practical significance.
