In Chinese financial system, the group finance company is a specific non-bankingfinancial institution. Regarding with the remuneration and performance evaluation system,at present the finance company keep adopting their stated-owned group evaluation systemin their own performance evaluation process, which is not able to fully meet the financecompany actual salary and performance evaluation requirement. To some extent financecompany development is affected. Therefore, establishing finance company's ownperformance evaluation target system is significant in prompting group finance companyhealthy development and in building the finance company manager and staff incentive andrestricting mechanism.T state-owned finance company as researching background, this article begin with basic theory onremuneration and performance management, followed by the introduction to some prevailingperformance and remuneration management model nowadays, and hereby come up with state-ownedcompany integrated income distribution system evolvement and problem. On the other hand, in terms offinance company, this article state the important role of finance company in group enterprisedevelopment and the impact that current performance and salary structure have on company growth.Therewith, it introduces the current unreasonable remuneration structure in T finance company. The endof the article demonstrates that it is crucial to bring innovation into current salary framework by theinseparable relation between performance and remuneration.The study provide a favorable theory ground for T company in learning a series offactor that have influence on the talented and timely forming and adopting relevantremuneration policy to attract and retain the elites. In the meantime, the whole financecompany circle will benefit from this article.
