The rapid change of the market environment is forcing engineeringmachinery enterprises pay more attention to the service innovation and qualityupgrading. On the construction machinery industry, the service of special partsin a certain extent, is the product of fierce market competition. By providingtimely and effective products and services to customer, the customer and thehost enterprises get more value, but also bring more profits to enterprises. Butpart of the suppliers of construction machinery enterprises in the constructionand allocation of service resources on investment is insufficient, often appearthe service is not timely, service is not valid, the user complaints. This requiresproper planning and allocation of resources in the face of service suppliers fromthe system layer, to improve the response speed and service quality of service.Based on this, according to the actual situation of X enterprise, this paper putsforward a set of special parts of the service resource optimization scheme. First,the definition and connotation of the special parts of the service resources, onthe basis of this, the X enterprise special parts of the service resource isanalyzed, and further explores its advantages, disadvantages. Then, given the Xenterprise special parts of the service resource allocation scheme, from sixaspects of service outlets, spare parts network, spare parts resources, servicepersonnel resources, service dispatching, information platform and so on. Usingthe method of analytic hierarchy process rational planning and allocation ofspecial parts supplier service and spare parts outlets; the special parts spareparts Co base model, a reasonable allocation of special pieces of spare parts inventory; using the shortest path method, find the optimal scheme of servicepersonnel and service project, in order to reduce the two dispatching eveninvalid work; set up special parts the service information platform, improve thefinal client host enterprise-special parts supplier three informationtransmission efficiency.
