With the rapid development of futures industry,today the competition among FuturesCompanies is becoming increasingly fierce. Such competition is actually competition amongfutures talents. Futures brokerage business personnel account for more than half of the totalnumber of Futures Company which are also straightly involved in market development. Theirperformance level influences the profitability of the company directly. XY Futures Companyranks middle in the national Futures Companies.Its profitability remains to be improved. Thebrokerage business personnel training work is not sufficient and sales potential are not given tofull play. Introducing a set of professional, systematic, operable and secure brokerage personneltraining system for XY Futures Company is beneficial to enhance the company’s coreprofitability which leads to continuous development in the fierce futures market competition.This thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, introducing thewriting background, research meaning and purpose, main content, research methods andtechnical route. The second chapter is training theory, describing the related training theory andsome outstanding enterprise training systems domestic and abroad. With above training theoryresearch,the third chapter further studies the XY Futures Company brokerage business personneltraining work. Using methods of questionnaire and interview to find out the existing problemsand analyze the causes.The fourth chapter, by combining the practica l situation, optimizes theFutures Company of XY brokerage personnel training system. In the fifth chapter, securitysystem for the new training method is designed. The sixth chapter is the conclusion, analyzingboth advantages and disadvantages of the improved system tog.I hope this research can really help XY Futures Company train a group of outstandingbrokerage personnel, and continuously improve the company’s core competence which in turnbetter ensures the company place in the fierce futures market competition. I also expect thissystem may provide reference for other Futures Company staff trainings.
