| Commercial aero engine development project is characterized by longdevelopment period, huge investment, high technology and complexity of thedevelopment system. Thus, a large number of risk factors during the developmentprocess exist objectively. As for the success of aero engine development project, it isthe first time for China to carry on a commercial project in this national strategy field.There is limited international cooperation experience or management model forreference. Commercial aero engine industry, in particular, is on top of modernmanufacturing system. It is of vital realistic significance to study its risk management.This thesis introduces the research background, research significance andresearch status of commercial aero engine development project risk management, andthen proposes theory framework of the study based on the fundamental features ofcommercial aircraft engine development project from the perspective of theory. Thethesis applies Delphi method to identify and classify risk factors of commercial aeroengine development project effectively, and explains the factors. By means ofBrainstorming method, Risk Probability-Impact Matrix method and FuzzyComprehensive Evaluation method, the thesis creates risk evaluation index system forcommercial aero engine development project, and proposes the risk control measuresaccordingly. Meanwhile, the evaluation results and control measures can be taken asdecision making guidance. At the end of the thesis, there is a practice case applyingthe risk management study and approaches.This thesis proposes a comprehensive understanding and constructive solutionfor commercial aero engine development project risk management, which is oftheoretical and practical value to the scientific management of commercial aero engine development management. |
