Type A Research Project Of The Aero-engine Assembly Aspects Of Communication Management Research

In modern program management, communication has infiltrated to every detail, playing a role more and more important. As an important matter of program management, communication management is particularly significant.Dubbed as"pearl of industry crown", aero-engine is a comprehensive science highly dense of multi-subjects and world-recognized synthesized system engineering. But for its research group, there are some differences in cultural background, language custom and ways of thinking among the group members from various districts with different culture and major. It is more difficult to realize the basic principle---communication. And in a certain extent, it would determine whether the program can be successfully carried out or not. As a result, communication management is very important in aero-engine research program more than ever.This thesis is to study the communication management in the assemblage process during the research of"A"aero-engine which is headed by"W"academy. The basic principles and theories of communication management are applied to solve the problems found in the assemblage process. The factors influencing communication management such as organization, plans and ways of communication connected to assemblage are analyzed to find out the one which affects the assemblage schedule. And it is also found that there are a lot more need to do in the aspects of organization, ways of communication for the group. Applying the theories of communication management, suggestions are made to create more reasonable ways of communication, by improving organization construction and breaking communication bottleneck via enterprise culture. To some degree, this research is helpful to improve the aero-engine research management and speed up the research schedule. In addition, it also can be extended to other similar programs of"W"academy to improve the whole management.
