| China’s financial system is bank-based. Because interest rate has not been achieved，relying solely on bank capital is difficult to achieve efficient allocation of resources. YellowRiver Delta efficient ecological industry, ecological and economic benefits in the short termcan not be unified, bank capital and eco-efficient industry difficult to achieve effectivedocking. In this context, this paper argues that the Yellow River Delta Efficient EcologicalEconomic Zone in greater need for support in the capital market, while industrial investmentfunds is the best alternative institutional arrangements.Select the Yellow River Delta industrial investment funds as the research object, the useof normative economics, theoretical analysis, quantitative analysis and comparative analysis,based on review of the course of development of the domestic and foreign industrialinvestment funds, the focus of the main features of industrial investment funds, generatedcause of Economics. And then the Yellow River Delta industrial investment fund forenvironmental analysis to determine the constraints faced by the Yellow River Delta industrialinvestment funds. Then as a starting point, focusing on analysis of the plight of industrialinvestment funds, bottlenecks, and mode selection. Finally, to improve the industrialinvestment funds the macro runtime environment based on the operation of the Yellow RiverDelta industrial investment funds system design, and ultimately the Yellow River Deltaindustrial investment funds and orderly, gradual changes in industry investment fundmarket-oriented operation.This paper argues that the Yellow River Delta industrial investment funds should be usedto the corporate system. With the capital market during the relevant laws and regulations andcontinuously improve, the Yellow River Delta industrial investment fund will gradually cometo the market.
