| Economic global makes countries and areas closer the economic, and the form of international division of labor gradually in-depth.Under this situation, the research of Global Value Chain (GVC) has solved the way of problem on industrial clusters upgrading,and has ereced a bridge between the reality and the theory. To Yellow River Delta efficient economic zone,how to introduce the GVC to discuss the upgrading of local industrial clusters has certain innovation and the exploration significance.The passage studied on upgrading of industrial clusters in Yellow River Delta efficient ecological economic zone based on GVC through the theoretical analysis,the present research,the strategy,the strategies research and several other parts .First, it summaried the correlation between the global value chain and industrial clusters,which based on the analysis of industrial clusters,including the associated mechanisms, the global value chain governance mechanisms and drive mechanisms respectively. Second, fully understanding the regional profiles and studying the local industrial development, such as the dual economic structure, agriculture, industry characteristics, and describes the local industrial clusters in global value chains of necessity; Again, it analysist the different of mode of driving mechanisms and governance mechanisms under GVC, at the same time, it highlighted Yellow River Delta efficient ecological economic zone in the global value chain mechanism and upgrade path, which based on the situation of local industrial clusters, and challenges raised for the appropriate upgrade strategy. Finally, based on analysis of the situation before, it proposed upgrading of local industrial cluster support strategies, including from the national government, local government and the cluster itself perspectives to propose the other 9 aspects, and it designed to promote local industrial clusters continue to develop and upgrade in economic globalization. |
