Research On Building The Pipeline Knowledge Management System Of CPP

The world economy is moving into the era of knowledge economy in the21st century,knowledge has become an important factor to promote the development of enterprises,enhance corporate competitiveness. The concept of knowledge management came into ourcountry in the nineties of the last century, and rapidly developed, many large domestic privateenterprises began to try to establish the enterprise knowledge management system, and gainsome valuable experience. As a state-owned pipeline constructions company has notsystematically carried out this work, therefore the urgent need to accelerate the pace toestablish a pipeline knowledge management system, the article is a study in this context.This paper describes the basic theory of knowledge management, including thedevelopment of knowledge management，concepts and classification of knowledge, theconcept of knowledge management, major schools of thought in knowledge management,knowledge management model. Followed by the introduction of the pipeline projectknowledge management system, first analysis the status of the CPP knowledge management,and then on this basis analysis the need for the implementation of knowledge management,detailed plan, organizational setup and basic architecture for the construction of pipelineknowledge management system. Then elaborate the way of constructing knowledgemanagement system of pipelines, including the design and implementation of themanagement system, the technical of hardware and software as well as the cultural of KM,especially focus on detailing the design of the main function module..Finally, once again pointed out the significance of knowledge management to enhancethe state-owned pipeline construction enterprise’s core competitiveness under the national oilenergy strategy, and describes the innovation and the main achievement of this study, as wellas the inadequacies of this study.
