With the accelerated process of shale gas exploration and development in China,shale gas field in Sinopec Corp's Fuling field has achieved a large-scale commercial production of shale gas.Daily output can be used for 24 million families.Despite considerable yield,the utilization of shale gas is still low.In 2014,shale gas production in China accounts for 1.02% of natural gas production,while consumption accounts for 0.73%.There has been an urgent need of piping out.The reason is that current mode hampers the development of shale gas trasmission.This results in a slowdown in the process of commercialization for shale gas and impacts on application.Until the serious disruption of the pipe network,the research on the pipe network construction is needed.In this paper,the characteristic of pipeline system in China is studied firstly.Secondly,in order to meet the demand of engineering,the least investment cost and economic benefits,four factors of engineering,economy,safety and environment are studied.Then,considering a series of constraints,the cost of construction,operation and energy consumption and safety factor,an optimization model based on intuitionistic fuzzy sets of shale gas transmission pipeline construction of multiple attribute decision is established.Furthermore,a multi-attribute decision-making model based on intuitionistic fuzzy algorithm is made to find the optimal design scheme.Finally,taking the layout scheme as a test subject,the model and algorithm are applied in this paper.The capacity of shale gas transmission in China is seriously insufficient.Therefor,the reformation of pipeline network system is imminent.This paper studied the intuitionistic fuzzy information integration theory and the planning of shale gas pipeline network which solved the problem of optimal design in construction of shale gas transmission pipeline system.This research can be used to guide to promote the shale gas pipeline network construction.There has been important significance in accelerating commercialization of shale gas development.
