Culture is not only the important source of national cohesion and creativity but also animportant support of economic and social development. In this era of knowledge andhigh-speed economic development, the corporate culture is the essential and the mostinfluential factors to the development of enterprise. And the advanced corporate culture is animportant part of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics, it is also the soul andfoundation for the sustainable development of enterprise. It plays a significant part inenterprise’s daily business activities, in the healthy and orderly development of enterprises,and in promoting the competitiveness of enterprise.Shandong Lingong Construction Machinery Co., Ltd.(SDLG) is now one of the core ofthe Volvo Group (VOLVO). It has nearly40years of history, and now it has become the top100of China machinery industry and the top50of the engineering machinery in the world.In front of the incandescent domestic and international competition, it is facing unprecedentedopportunities and challenges. So it is necessary to strengthen the construction of enterpriseculture, cultivate and reconstruct its own culture.In this paper, on the basis of the basic theory of corporate culture, the author analyses thestatus of SDLG from the following parts: the general situation of development, thedevelopment course, its main experience, its basic content and achievements, etc. Then theauthor puts forward the design of “corporate culture reengineering”, first is the general idea:to carry forward the Yimeng Spirit, to broaden the propaganda way of enterprise culture, tocarry out the appropriate communication language and to respect the enterprise heroes;Second is specific path: to reengineer the corporate culture from the spiritual culture, systemculture, behavior culture and material culture respectively. The last is guarantee: to establish agood organizational guarantee, to increase the strong capital support and the leader shouldplay a leading role in all departments and employees.
