With the development of society, the competition between enterprises is becomingincreasingly fierce. In the era of knowledge-driven economy, enterprises have to fight ontwo fronts——at home and abroad. More and more enterprises realize that employeeengagement plays an essential role in improving their actual profit and gaining themomentum of sustainable development.With the research object of Fuzhou A Commercial Bank, the purpose of this thesis is toinvestigate what motivation factors closely related with knowledge staff’s engagement.Hierarchical regression analyses and correlation analysis are employed to examine theresearch hypotheses.This research suggests that reward, leader’s recognition, career developmentopportunity, people-oriented culture and direct manager are positively related withknowledge staff’s engagement. Meanwhile, direct manager is thought of as significantfactor in knowledge staff’s engagement.The study combines employee’s engagement with motivation factors amongknowledge staff within the context of commercial bank which is seldom done before. Itcontributes to a better understanding of improving employee’s engagement amongknowledge staff of commercial banks.
