| With the booming development of global economic, the integration ofglobal economic and the knowledge economy age is an inevitable tendency. Atthe same time, human resources, which have taken the place of materialresources and financial resources, have become the core resource of enterprisecompetition, and human resources play a more and more important role topromote the rapid and healthy development of enterprise. At the21st century,performance management, as an important part of modern human resourcesmanagement, has been a strategic approach for the enterprise to increase thecore competitiveness and play its advantages. How to combine with their ownrealities, and explore a set of effective performance management system byscientific and rational methods to accelerate the realization of the strategictarget and planning of enterprise, is a key issue which needs to be solved by us.In this paper, we analyzed the Performance Management Status of HarbinTurbine Company Limited and found out the main problems of company’sexisting performance management system, we gave some suggestions for theimprovement of the performance management system of Harbin TurbineCompany, and evaluated the company’s system, set the goals and studied theperformance management system in the whole process of the operation, andimproved the company’s overall performance, especially optimized the staffappraisal system. At the same time, the paper quantitatived staff appraisalindicators of Harbin Turbine Company and optimized job responsibilities andevaluation system.At the end of this paper, we further discuss the implementation of theperformance appraisal system, and studied how to do the preliminary work andhow to strengthen the communication of performance management, how toimprove system security measures, and we should pay more attention to theimplementation process of these problems, which are all strong supports for theHarbin Turbine Company’s performance management system improvements, andprovide the necessary conditions and foundation for the stable development and improving core competencies of Harbin Turbine Company. |
