As the market economic system gradually improves, the market competition that theenterprises face is becoming more and more fierce. How to maintain their advantage in thecompetition and improve their core competitive ability is related to the survival anddevelopment of the enterprise itself, which is one of the important problems many enterprisesare facing that needs urgent solution. Performance management is a kind of importantmanagement idea, which is widely used in many enterprises at home and abroad. It holds upthe management of the organization and has most important influence on improving theefficiency of the organization’s internal management and the overall performance.There are a lot of enterprise performance management theories and methods ofperformance management. There is no exact performance management mode for differententerprises. Consequently, although performance management can bring many favorableconditions for the development of the enterprises, its implementation difficulty is obvious toall. M Automobile Sales and Service co. LTD in Shijiazhuang is a comprehensive auto serviceenterprise which is a collection of car sales, maintenance, maintenance, cosmetology service.Although It has developed for a long time and has certain influence in the industry status, thecompany produces a series of internal performance management problem as the managerpursues the results and ignores the performance management work.Based on the analysis of the present situation of M company performance management,this paper finds out the problems existing in the performance management. It is based on therelevant theories and methods of performance management, puts forward improvementscheme for the performance management of the M company, establishes scientificperformance management system to help the M company to promote the healthy developmentof the company.
