With the constantly development of science and society, the Informatizationtakes more important place in Chinese economy than ever. The industry ofinformatization makes rapidly progress too, all kinds of productions appears,thousands of companies emerge. Heilongjiang province is not the core area ofInformatization industry, but the market of Informatization in Heilongjiangprovince also satisfied the request of client in the same place, LongXin companyis a member of this market.As a company located in Heilongjiang province inInformazition market, LongXin company has got some good remarks but it canbe better.After the analysis of LongXin company, the author believe that LongXincompany should realize the circumstance which LongXin company relied, thenmake a reasonable plan of the direction of progress if LongXin company want tomake better progress. So, the author make a series analysis of themacroeconomic、the industrial development、the advantage and shortage of itself,then makes the concrete strategy with the help of theory of SWOT, makes theideal、principle and the target of the progress strategy, propose the sub-strategy inbrand、market、management、research、cost、human resource. The strategy ofLongXin company need ensure measure, so the author makes it. The specificmeasure include four parts: the company culture、management institution andhuman resource plane.The paper propose several functional strategies and measures of safeguard,which can help LongXin company achieve strategic target and maintain a steadyand fast growth. The strategy plan can provide both theory guidance for thedevelopment of LongXin and reference for other company’s strategy formulation.
