The Countermeasures Of Grain Distribution Industry In Heilongjiang Province

Recently, grain and food problem is gradually being seen as an importantstrategic issue, and related with political, economy and so on. It is not onlypeople living out of the necessities of life, but also the assurance of socialstability and national security. Meantime, with the advances in science andtechnology, grain problem in the economic aspects of the economic value also isattracting attention. Heilongjiang Province has the largest grain production inChina, total grain production has exceeded one thousand tons, grain production isreaching1,500billion kilograms nearly. So Heilongjiang Province has theprominent grain production capacity. But, the advantage of grain production inHeilongjiang Province has not been able to translate into economic advantages ofthe grain distribution industry. It means that the mode of grain distributionindustry in Heilongjiang Province must be restructuring and development. Onlythis, grain distribution industry in Heilongjiang Province will realize new profitgrowth model.In my paper, starting from the status quo analysis of grain production anddistribution in Heilongjiang, I analyze the status quo and problems of grainpurchase, grain trading, grain storage, grain processing, just like an economicentity of Heilongjiang food distribution industry. Then I also analyze the political,economic, technological, social environment using the PEST analysis method, Ilook for the profit growth development and so on. In the end I find out the newmode of Heilongjiang grain distribution industry to maximize the industryprofits.
