A Study On Policies Of Improving Chinese Grain Distribution Technology

Grain distribution industry is the pillar industry of national economy, forenhancing grain security and ensuring steady growth of national economy is of greatstrategic significance. Relative researches show that Chinese grain distribution is stillin the low level expansion stage, technical level and management level is generallylow, which not only severely restricts the future development of grain distributionindustry, also results in grain distribution’s low efficiency, low benefit, high losses,which to a large extent hampered Chinese grain safety standards. Speeding uptechnological progress has become the key of grain distribution’s development and animportant way of achieving the development mode’s transformation; urgently need topromote the level of modernization of Chinese grain distribution industry byoptimizing the grain distribution technological policies.For the modernization of grain distribution, it is necessary to make graindistribution technology as a support. This paper puts grain distribution technology asthe object, for the lack of the current academic researches on grain distribution, andthe problems of Chinese grain distribution, uses relevant theories and methods tomake theoretical analysis and empirical research on grain distribution technologicalprogress. Firstly, summarize the current researches and define the scope of this paper,with a view to subsequent analysis of the theoretical analysis and empiricalfoundation. Secondly, use Western economic theory, theory of technical progress andtheory of the relationship between technological innovation and institutionalinnovation to make demand and supply theoretical analysis on grain distributiontechnological progress, including analysis on supply and need of grain distributiontechnology, the analysis of technological balance, the analysis of technological policyand its performance. Thirdly, based on theoretical analysis, use relevant data andeconometric model to make an empirical research, including using the Solow residualmethod to measure the grain distribution technical level, the analysis of maininfluencing factor of grain distribution technology. Finally, summarize the mainconclusions of this paper and promote a series of policy proposals.
