Study On New Investment Project Of Agriculture For Shaohua Garden Spot

In this dissertation, we mainly focus on the Shao Hua garden spot andconducted a preliminary study on the investment decision-making in agriculturalfield. By studying the development experience and the development course of ShaoHua garden spot from both historical and realistic perspectives, theproblems that exist in the Shao Hua garden spot the have been objectively analyzed.The investment decision of Shao Hua garden spot in agricultural field was studiedby the fully analyses on the various factors influencing the investment decisions. Thefactors that influencing the investment decisions are graded according to expertsgrading method, combined with the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The resultscan not only provide decision-making basis for managers but also keep the keyfactors under effective control. We believe that the research on new agriculturalproject investment decision-making can not only reduce the subjective decision byleadership, but also collect the wisdom and experience of the workers. The bettereconomic returns can be expected and more self-confidence can be rebuilt for themanagers and employees.The main content in the article is the new project on the production ofDendrobium officinale and Anoectochilus roburghii. We collected various data formthe process of tissue culture and greenhouse planting process, including themeasurement on the growth cycle and growth rate of Dendrobium officinale andAnoectochilus roburghii, and the calculation on the input costs and output gains fromthe production of this two species. The risk analysis of the two projects was also carried out. Based on the above results, the comprehensive assessment systemof investment decision that suitable for the Shao Hua garden spot had been set up inthis paper.By establishing an evaluation system, the processes of decision analysis wascarried out with the means of the documentary method, expert opinion approach andanalytic hierarchy process, etc. The results were instructive for the futuredevelopment of Shao Hua garden spot as these finding have not only pointed out thedirection for the managers at present, but was also effective in the future. Thereis still a long way for Shao Hua garden spot to go on its path to development,however this new development of decision support system used in this paperwill play an important role at the investment decisions of Shao Hua gardenspot in future years.
