The family enterprise is an important part of our national economy, a majorforce contribution for the healthy development of China’s economy and socialistconstruction. With the continuous improvement of economic globalization, theimpact of market economy and an increasingly competitive market incentives, allbecomes more and more complex, more and more family enterprises improve themanagement of enterprises through the introduction of professional managers. Afterintroduction of professional managers, we need to continue to explore and improvethe incentive mechanism of professional managers, to give full play to the role ofthem. Research results were reviewed at home and abroad two aspects this incentivemechanism of power from the management of family enterprise professionalmanagers, found that managerial power to high level to meet the needs ofmanagement personnel, is the incentive factors playing an important role.The factorsthat motivate managers power into the professional managers in the family businessis a feasible incentive mechanism study. Therefore, the perspective of managerialpower, incentive mechanism to explore the occupation managers of familyenterprise in question, in order to improve the incentive mechanism of professionalmanagers in the family business, providing some reference for the long-termsustainable development of family enterprises.First of all, through the principal-agent relationship analysis of family businessand professional managers, put forward the necessity to establish incentivemechanism of professional managers; through the professional manager survey, thedata were compared and summarized, summed up the characteristics of demandprofessional manager incentive, incentive mechanism analysis of present situationand existing problems of professional managers. Then, focus on the analysis of theprofessional managers of family enterprise power status, that cultural atmosphere offamily businesses, family the main professional managers on the degree of trust,family business owners personal ability and the management idea and the familyenterprise ownership structure due to factors such as professional managers familyenterprise residual claim right, residual rights of control and a lack of specificcontrol. In the long run, the lack of professional managers residual claim, residualrights of control, the specific control of excessive concentration of power of the enterprise, the family, the real effect of fusion between professional manager andfamily enterprise, is not conducive to the enhancement of family enterprise marketcompetitiveness, is not conducive to family enterprises bigger and stronger. Finally,the associated with the operation of the material incentive based, power management,incentive and incentive measures for key construction mechanism as the assistantmanager in other high level occupation spirit, and puts forward the measures ofincentive mechanism construction.
