If family-owned’s business owners change their minds, introducing professional managers with advanced management concept and by the way of decentralizing power to the occupation managers, creating the glory of family-owned business will not be difficult to achieve.Based on the integration of the professional managers of human capital literature at home and abroad on family-owned business, the thesis integrated use of a questionnaire survey, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, variance analysis, it studied relevant issues that the family business integration of the professional managers of human capital., the following is the main contents and conclusions of the thesis:Through questionnaires and combined data analysis, integration of the status of the professional managers of human capital study of family-owned business, studies of family-owned business integration of professional managers of human capital was not optimistic and needed to be improved.On the basis of the literature study and model assumptions, the use of correlation and regression analysis to integration of the professional managers of human capital influencing factors of family-owned business.
