Research On Supply Chain Competitiveness Evaluation Of Chain Retaliling Enterprise

In recent years, chain retailing enterprise becomes the core part of China's retail market as its characteristics of scale-industrial development, diversification and professional management ahead of others. However, as the rapid development of chain retailing enterprise, the competition between enterprises become fiercely, under this competitive environment, the enterprises need to upgrade the level of supply chain competitiveness in order to maintain their competitive advantage. Therefore, establishing a scientific and reasonable chain retailing competitiveness evaluation index system has important practical significance.This study establishes evaluation index system of supply chain competitiveness based on core business process of chain retailing enterprises which are supply chain procurement management, supply chain distribution management, supply chain inventory management, supply chain customer relationship management and supply chain information management, and summarizes the domestic and overseas scholars research of supply chain competitiveness evaluation index, combined with interviews and open questionnaire; In order to obtain scientific and complete evaluation index system, this study uses scientific methods to analyze the recovery data such as descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and correlation analysis, and finally gets twenty-nine indexes.In supply chain competitiveness evaluation process, established grey ahp comprehensive evaluation model of supply chain competitiveness. Then through the case study of chain retailing enterprise, the practical application shows the feasibility and veracity of this approach.This study explores a new way of evaluating supply chain competitiveness of chain retailing enterprise based on supply chain core business process, and from seven dimensions which are on purchasing management ability, logistics distribution ability, inventory management ability, organizational management ability, customer relationship management ability, information management ability and business performance to evaluate it. This study provides new perspective and new thoughts for further research.
