The Research On The System Of Performance Evaluation Of Core Companies Based On The Strategic Supply Chain

With the rapid development of information technology and economicintegration, logistics, capital flow and information flow can be spread on aglobal scale. The competitive environment is becoming more and more open.Competitive situation is more and more severe. In order to get a place in thecompetition, relying solely on the limited resources and capacity of theenterprise is not enough. Cooperating with other enterprises, obtainingcomplementary advantages to ward off risks is a method to subsist in thelong-term competition. The concept of supply chain found a breakthrough tosolve this problem to. It broke through the physical boundaries of the traditionalenterprise and it is a new organizational model. Several companies are linkedto effectively integrate resources in order to strive to play the "synergy" or"win-win" benefits. Since the1990s, many companies set up supply chain. Butthe failure cases of supply chain are endless in the circumstance of more andmore enterprises accepting and adopting the supply chain model. It remindspeople that taking the supply chain model is not once and for all. It is essentialto strengthen the supply chain management. Though performance evaluation,the companies can analyze and measure the effect of the implementation ofsupply chain. At present, the supply chain performance evaluation as one ofthe areas of supply chain management, more and more people pay attentionto it. Faced with the failure cases of many enterprises, can the formation of thesupply chain bring their enterprise the benefits? In general, what is therelationship between implementation of the supply chain and corporateperformance? If the supply chain is benefit for the performance, then howcould we evaluate performance of the business performance in the supplychain? The study of these problems has a very important theoretical andpractical significance.According to the previous research results, this paper discussed therelationship between implementation of the strategic supply chain and theperformance of core business in it and constructing the performanceevaluation system of core enterprises. The article is divided into six parts: thefirst part is the introduction. It mostly describes the background of researches,purpose and significance of the writing this article. The second part is literaturereview about the theory of supply chain and supply chain management, therelationship between supply chain and business performance and theBalanced Score Card. The third part is the basic theories which are mostlyabout characteristics of strategic supply chain and balanced score card performance evaluation system. This part analyzed the impact of theimplementation of the strategic supply chain on the core business performancefrom the financial and non-financial point of view.The fourth part is the establishment of performance evaluation of the coreenterprise in supply chain based on Balanced Score card. In accordance withthe conclusions of the research, since the formation of a strategic supply chainpromotes the core enterprise performance, the core business should considerthe factors of supply chain during the performance evaluation. This partanalyzed the significance and feasibility of taking the Balanced Score Card toolinto the performance evaluation of the core enterprise in supply chain. Finally,from the four dimensions of financial, customer, supply chain businessprocesses and learning and growth, the author established the performanceevaluation system.The fifth part is case study. Due to time and capacity constraints, thisresearch may have limitation and it is hoped that teachers and experts cangive some valuable advices.
