In consideration of the deficiency of construction team, technical personnel andinsufficient fund, the Economy Hotel in the middle-size and small cities can’t achieve thestandardization and systematization in the project construction. So the most owners can’trealize the real chain of multiple stores. Project management offers a strong guarantee tothe project and solves the problem of standardization and systematization in the projectconstruction. Therefore, it is very significant of utilizing the theory and method of projectmanagement to ensure the implementation of the Economy Hotel construction.This paper focuses on making project plan, project quality control, and project costcontrol. Based on the research of project operating in middle-size and small cities,especially the Mango Hotel construction, this paper elaborates how the Mango Hotelproceeds to the success of the project by making project plan, controlling project qualityand controlling project cost.
