It is widely used project management approach to progress, quality, reasonable cost control in the current, to reach the program requirements.China is a big consumer of automobile production, but key components such as automatic transmission, need to rely on imports. Auto parts companies need to achieve a breakthrough by technological innovation and management innovation. In this paper, through the project quality, cost and schedule management and control of the project to achieve control objectives.First, the status of the AMT project of ZC companies is described, according to Milestone Plan and AMT product features constitute the start the project Work Breakdown Structure. Then form a Work Breakdown Structure as a reference played for project cost breakdown, human resource planning and allocation of responsibilities.Secondly, It is based on ZC company AMT cost items constituting features and cost breakdown targets and analysis of the Application of Earned Value Analysis for management and control in project cost; Based on AMT project quality factor analysis used FMEA (Potential Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) for project quality early warning, combined with state of the art management process control method to achieve the project quality control purposes; the AMT project progress and resource planning based on project progress checking mechanism combined with Earned Value Analysis method, through the allocation of resources adjust achieved the project schedule management and control purposes.Finally, the progress of the AMT project of ZC company may have control conflict in process and cost, cost and quality control.This paper analyzed and proposed cooperative control approach to deal with conflict; the project management and control safeguards is gave at the end of the article. |
