Company based in the functional departments, setted up a project teamfor a special project. A lot of companies have encountered various problemsat the project management. Manager in the functions of the enterprise havedone various attempts. This article will do some useful exploration that willset A Company as an example. By the balanced matrix model of projectmanagement process reengineering, the article will provide ideas in this typeof enterprise project management.This article analyzes the basic concepts of project management and processreengineering and the latest research progress. It will slove the problem in thebalanced matrix model of project management from full competition inproject manager and the member in the project that is the key role in theproject. This competition will make the organization of the project boundarydynamic. And it also come from the coordinator in the project which willstrengthen the communication between the different members of the project,the flattening of the organizational structure, using the the EISA method ofprocess reengineering project. I hope it will solve the problems in the project management of the balanced matrix. At the end of the artile,I have set up aexample of A company that face the similar problem. The article will usemethods to slove it, the first one is selection of the project manager andmembers, which will incentive project team members and strongen thecommunication between members of the project. At the same time,projectwork processes optimization will make process reengineerin,finally theproject successfully completed in time.
