| With the development of the Internet and other new media methods, traditionalprint media enterprises are under tremendous pressure of competition, simplexadvertising marketing model has been unable to satisfy the development of enterprises.The media industry forum project that emerges as a new marketing model hasattracted more and more attention. It becomes one of the pillar industry-marketingmodes. Facing to the new development environment, M company urgently needs toestablish the comprehensive benefit evaluation system of effective forum project andimprove project management system and the overall operating rate while optimizingprocess of the project.This paper mainly focuses on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) on forumcomprehensive benefit evaluation system---It’s an application of fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method. M company based on industrial media gives comprehensiveanalysis of the4typical industry forum projects of comprehensive benefit.First of all, according to the M company’s actual situation, M company startswith the evaluation of domestic and international exhibition industry and relatedtheories. Based on the analysis of evaluation system, it clearly shows theopportunities and challenges and summarizes the characteristics of the whole projectand operating requirements, to analyze the key index evaluation system andconstructing a comprehensive evaluation system by Delphi method.Secondly, It mainly analyzes the evaluation index system by AHP. This paperundertakes the comparison between the two judgments by expert scoring method.Finally, it gives a comprehensive calculation of the weight.Thirdly, according to the characteristic of index evaluation system, it will bedivided into qualitative indexes and quantitative indexes, while it will give its literaldefinition and division of data collection. The quantitative index uses the fuzzydistribution method to calculate the membership degree; on the other hand, qualitativeindex uses the expert scoring method to determine the membership degree. Finally itconstructs the fuzzy evaluation matrix, the calculation results of the evaluation.Finally, according to the comprehensive benefit of forum project and the actualsituation of the company, M company pushes forwards the promoted and finalimprovement countermeasures and evaluation results. Because of the foundation of the comprehensive benefit evaluation index systemof project of the forum, it has not only the effect on multiple choice of carrying outthe projects, it also could influence the important reference value for the detection ofvarious industries, and the project provides an important criterion for success.Therefore, it’s essential to construct a set of scientific, systematic and effectiveproject evaluation system so that it can be very abundance for the project itself and ithas huge significance for the development of enterprises. |
