Research On Comprehensive Evaluation System Of Social And Economic Benefit To Science & Technology Project

With the coming of 21 century of knowledge-based economy, the importance of science & technology is shown especially day by day. The high technology has already become motive force of the economy development in the world, has become the strategic commanding point that various countries fight for. It means that science & technology can change everything. The science & technology project is the organic integration of capital and intelligence, which is also one of the effective ways to turn the theoretical knowledge into productivity. The diffusion effect of these projects can improve the competition of the industry, area or even the whole world.Facing numerous science & technology projects, how to appraise the social and economic benefit effectively? How to weigh the benefit among these projects? How to choose correctly?
