For many discrete manufacturing enterprise of multi-product and small batch,production operation can produce a lot of stock-work in processing. It brings greatinfluence to company performance indicators, such as cost, quality and date ofdelivery. Stock level is too high to expose many production problems, such as processdesign, material supply, which can lead to high reject ratio and to chaos of productionoperation of manufacturing. Therefore, manufacturing focus on the production andlogistics coordination equilibrium and effective control the stock-work in processing.The paper use control stock-work in processing as the breakthrough point to balanceof production and logistics coordination operationFirstly, In terms of theoretical research, this paper concentrates on thecharacteristics of production and logistics of some typical toy enterprise after deepinvestigation and analysis, which combines the control theory of value streamanalysis, TOC, multi-Agent simulation technology, production methods etc. Inexperiment and field research, the comprehensive analysis of research includes theproduction operation environment of the space, employee operating habits and themaneuverability of the theoretical research.Secondly, the paper is designed to find out a kind of typical toy products by theABC method. By researching the value of production logistics, all aspects ofproduction and associated information logistics, the flow of material and otherresources it can find wip inventory and the location of the resource waste in theprocess of production, which through the value flow, stream analysis, process analysis,workshop layout and route analysis method etc.Then, by using the theory of TOC and eliminating the bottleneck of the wholeproduction process analysis, so as to achieve the balance of production systemoperation, at the same time puts forward a new mode of production logistics, whichcombined with multiple cooperating Agent technology to improve the whole processof production logistics and some characteristics of toy production. After the newmode of production logistics applied Anylogic simulation to analysis and evaluation,with the experiment of a single production tasks and multi-task situations. The resultsshows that the optimized production optimization is better than the former. Finally, by the result of the simulation analysis, and according to the beforeexperience of lean production applied the production logistic model to actualproduction. On this basis, this paper points out key link to improve the solution to theactual production for the company.
