Based on the current research of logistics at domestics and oversea,this paper expatiates the logistics' characters and ubiquitous problems in the furniture manufacture company,and emphasizes on the Lean Production and its related theories, as "One Piece Flow" production mode,"Pull" production mode and how to eliminate wasting currently.In addition,we introduce the value stream map and the related concepts;provide the specific methods and principle to the next research about workshop production logistics.Based on this,combining with the actual workshop production logistics situation of ZY Furniture Manufacture Co.,Ltd.,the paper analyzes the production existing statue and finds out the bottleneck,which restricts the production capacity of ZY.Moreover,by using Parallel/Series Scheduling System, we try to optimize the logistics and improve the bottleneck.This paper also applies the theory of Parallel Flow Shop Scheduling Mechanism in order to simplify the furniture's processing scheduling problem into the parallel flow shop scheduling problem with the universal significance.Most important aim is to minimize the make span.Based on theories above,this paper analyzes the production logistics in ZY Furniture Manufacture Co.,Ltd.As ZY's most furniture is processed by samples from buyers,the furniture styles are versatility;the furniture is made by hand,so less mechanization and half automatization,in some degree,it shows operations out of regulations,and then leads to rush to meet the deadline or delay delivery to customers. For avoiding this situation,and enhancing ZY's production capacity and efficiency, the paper focus on the workshop production logistics in ZY Company to research it by applying the theories above.Throughout research focusing on the bottleneck of welding procedure which we optimize,the efficiency in the welding workshop become higher,the producing cycle becomes shorter and more resource wasted in the workshop production logistics before are saved now.The successful implement in this part provides a good sample of valuable practice to the other workshops inside the company.Meanwhile,it has certainly changed the concept of the managers about the outdated management only based on experience.
