Xinjiang,as a big province of western resourcest,opens to the outside world later anddegree is low. Although Xinjiang’s foreign trade and foreign direct investment have mademany remarkable achievements,but they still have big gap in terms of size and quality,having much room for improvement compared with the eastern and central provinces. Inorder to participate in international cooperation more actively and to narrow the gap withthe developed areas,it becomes focus on study of foreign tradeã€FDI and economic growthas well as the factors affecting economic growth in Xinjiang.In this paper,it researchs deeply the xinjiang foreign tradeã€FDI inflows effecting oneconomic growth combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis on the basis ofrelevant theories. It analyzes the mechanism of the xinjiang foreign tradeã€FDI inflows andtheir effects on economic growth. It has important significance to adapt to the economicgrowth for xinjiang foreign trade and realize the leap-forward development of xinjiang.The paper is made up of five parts:The first part is an introduction, describing thebackground and significance of this study and the research status associated with thisstudy abroad.The second part is the theoretical part of this article, introducing the maintheoretical impact of foreign trade on economic growth and the impact of FDI oneconomic growth, followed by introduction mechanism of Xinjiang’s foreign trade. Thethird part is qualitative analysis of Xinjiang’s foreign trade, FDI inflows and economicgrowth, this section introduces the overall development of economy in Xinjiang in recentyears and the basis of this analysis of foreign tradeã€FDI inflows as well as the status offoreign tradeã€FDI inflows in economic growth. The fourth part is the empirical research ofthe he relationships among FDI, foreign trade and economic growth. The fifth part is theconclusions and recommendations of this study, this chapter puts forward relevant policyrecommendations on promoting economic growth by developing outward-lookingeconomy in Xinjiang. |
