China’s real estate industry is experiencing fundamental change of gain model andunprecedented harsh market environment. It is an inevitable choice for enterprises to changetheir idea and improve the internal efficiency greatly in order to build their own advanced,efficient cost management system and enhance the enterprise cost competitiveness under thenew situation.H company is put forward to promote "provincial" development, the strategy is bothfaced with the rise of local enterprises in the province, and facing the provincial enterprisesinto the competition, under the background of H company felt the pressure of the costmanagement is more and more big, very urgent need to find a suitable for their own path ofcost management, in order to achieve this goal to improve profitability and maintainsustainable development. Current H company cost management mode is not perfect enough,cost management, or simply limited to reduce the cost of enterprise, the method is still stayingin the traditional cost control mode, did not put the cost management in enterprise strategy’stop to know, far cannot meet the needs of the group company business development strategy,This article through to the cost management of H company in-depth analysis combining withthe knowledge and the use of strategic cost management, determine the H company shouldtake what kind of competitive strategy, finally puts forward the strategic cost managementmeasures for the fact of the H company.This article is divided into five chapters. The first chapter mainly discusses the selectedtopic background and research purpose of this article, methods, main content and innovationpoints as well as the related knowledge of strategic cost management; The second chapter ofthe current situation of H company cost management, in-depth analysis of the main problemof cost management in the presence of H Company;The third chapter mainly from theperspective of strategic cost management to determine the H company’s competitive strategy;The fourth chapter mainly discusses the specific measures H company optimization andadjustment of the value chain, the group company, the son (points), the project department ofthree levels: strategy cost control method and the assessment of performance evaluation. Thefifth chapter is conclusion.
