With the rapid development of economic and social, aquatic products are gotmore and more attention by the public. As one of the important of aquatic product,Chongming Qingshui crab should be paid more attention to its marketingactivities. By making a reasonable marketing strategy, it can enhance the sales ofChongming Qingshui crab, bring more profits for the enterprise.Therefore, the research explores the marketing of Chongming Qingshui crab.SWOT and PEST were used to understand the market situation of ChongmingQingshui crab. At the same time, Questionnaire survey method were used toinvestigate the market situation and the existing problem of Chongming Qingshuicrab.Besides, the research puts forward marketing strategies of ChongmingQingshui crab according to4C (Customer、Cost、Convenience、Communication)and4P(Production、Price、Place、Promotion) theory..As for production, we focused on the needs of the customers. For example,highly improving the taste of the products, strictly leverage controlling of theproducts quality, promoting the development of product diversification,promoting the brand popularity.As for price, controlling of the costs of the products is the basic principle.Marketing consultant must be good at controlling the cost of products toimproving their marketing competitive power.As for distribution Channels, Marketing consultant needs to use the network platform to carry out marketing activities and closer strategic cooperation shouldbe made between marketing consultant and the shopping center to makethings convenient for customers.Communicating with customs is the basic principle for promotion. Variouschannels should be carried out for advertising campaign by the marketingconsultant to improving public sense of identity to the products. Meanwhile,brand monopolized shop and the concept tourism place of Chongming can bebringing in to provide convenient conditions for customer communication andpromotional events such as propaganda.
