In recent years, with the deepening of reform and opening up as well as thedevelopment of companies, corporate culture has been widespread concern in thecommunity. More and more companies realize that corporate culture is extremelysignificant impact to the company’s survival, development, especially sustainabledevelopment. In the era of economic globalization, China’s economy further with theworld, companies are facing more and more challenges. Corporate culture has fivefunctions as: guiding, cohesion, motivation, constraints, efficiency. Excellent corporateculture, a key part of the enterprise’s core competitiveness, can enable the efficient andorderly operation of the entire enterprise. Therefore, it is already a consensus in thecommunity that whether a company emphasis on corporate culture, decides whether theenterprise to win in the fierce competition in the market.Based on the basic theory and method of business management, economics,management, psychology, culture, science and other subjects, the writer did a survey onthe status of cultural construction in CS Electronics Corporation using questionnairesand site visits and other methods. This paper indicates that the corporate culture of thiscompany has some problems such as the singularity of the corporation culture,organizational inadequate, the serious thinking of "family relationship","human" inexecution process, insufficiency of individuation and creativity, meanwhile thecompany only values immediate benefits instead of the long-term benefits and ignores the employee awareness of corporate culture. The paper analyzes the causes of theseproblems from both internal and external. The internal causes of the problems incultural construction of CS Electronics Corporation turns to be that the focus oncorporate culture construction is not enough, execution is weak and the company doesnot follow the overall development principles and is impatient for success in cultureconstruction, etc.. External factors are the impact of the social and cultural as well as theimpact of laws and regulations system. On this basis, combining the expertise learned,the paper gives the following recommendations to CS Electronics Corporation oncultural construction: the company must adhere to the people-oriented principle,enhance the level of awareness of company culture construction; strengthen theexecutive power of corporate culture and keep creativity.
