With increased competition on sporting goods market, the fashion andindividualism pursuing tendency of consumers has been obvious day by day.Market’s small batch and variety demand make the operations model whichsportswear companies adopt intensively face the great challenges. Thechallenges mainly consist two parts, firstly, the demand forecast period offuture model is too long, and the long forecast period result in the supplylosing touch with actual demand reality. Secondly, current operations model istypically push strategy, the strategy extensive adoption in the finish goodsdistribution section is run contrary to market small batch and variety demand.This thesis focuses on the problems existing N company’s current finishgoods distribution operations section, firstly determined the factors need to beconsidered in the supply chain strategy design, then classified the Ncompany’s product into seasonal product load-in phase, seasonal productfill-in phase, and evergreen product fill-in phase with multi-factorsmulti-dimensions viewpoint. Secondly, matched the pull logistics strategiesand the differentiated product classification, and made out the targeted leanreplenishment finish goods solutions to realize seasonal produt load-in phaseshortest replenishment lead time, seasonal product fill-in phase highestsell-through rate, and evergreen product best service level. Lastly, the thesis picked N company’s whole finished product logistics’ bottle neck operationssection to set up the simulation model and do the simulation to verify relevantsolutions’effectiveness.
